TRANSTHERA-B (02617.HK) announced that it had noted the recent unusual movements in the trading price and volume of its shares. Having made all such enquiries, the board confirms that it is not aware of (i) any reason for such unusual price and trading volume movements of the shares; or (ii) any information which must be announced to avoid a false market in the Shares; or (iii) any inside information that needs to be disclosed under Rule 13.09(2) of the Listing Rules and Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The board also confirms that the group's business operation remains normal, and that there is no material change in its business operation and financial position. TRANSTHERA-B (02617.HK), a semi-IPO that has been on a sharp uptrend in recent days, opened 15% higher this morning (16th) and once surged by 63.7% in early trading to a new high of HKD679.5, which, compared to its listing price of HKD13.15 on June 23, 2025, marked a spike of nearly 50.7 times in less than three months.
